this, my padded bed
full of compression places
flooded with dulling morning stripes
lightened by snooze of cross-room paces
and weighed once again by
early morning head
from moonlight visions of invasion
to soothing voice of moving closer places
and the learning, moving routine
for one more sun up until
tomorrow
