1-i dont want new glasses to see and perceive the world around me, i need these biased lenses off. adding to my already thick distortion would be like putting reading glasses on top of a blindfold.
2-how can we expect those outside of the Truth to maintain any sense of moral obligation, manners, or standards? there is no standard for someone not in Christ to hold to. why do we feel so justified in judging those in the world by our standards-so we can feel righteous? i can understand observation when motivation is, simply, to diversify our view, to stay out of the non-thinking sub-culture we have created. but when concise motivation is absent it too often leads to despair and depression. hence lunch today.
3-the best feeling: to stand out in this drenching rain, get soaking wet, drip all over the house, and then change into perfectly dry clothes and take a nap.
