if the screaming fans
the cool nights air
the bright lights
the hugs and laughing
and me solitary though
surrounded by so many friends
staring at a perfect nights sky
could be similar to where you are
and if we could share that sky
if i could see something that is in your eyes
i would be so content in watching
and so content
emotions high
and foggy air
all seem to drift far off
when im dreaming of you being near
my heart forgets to beat
